Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booked service. No-Shows- Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service. Late Arrivals- If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate other clients, and full service pricing will still apply. Deposits- Certain services, such as hair extensions, may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if done within 24 hours’ notice.
